• Notarized bill of sale ( if vehicle model is under 8 years old)

Permanent Tags:

• MD state ID
• Title signed by both parties (seller & buyer)
• Insurance
• Notarized bill of sale ( if vehicle model is under 8 years old)
• MD state vehicle inspection

Registration Renewal:

• MD state ID
• Vehicle registration
• Insurance

Gifts:

• Title must be MD state title
• MD state ID
• Title signed by both parties (seller & buyer)
• Insurance
• Proof of relationship
1. Same last name
2. If last name is not same, then provide the following:
Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate
Death Certificate

Tags Transfer:

• MD state ID
• Title signed by both parties (seller & buyer)

• Registration of previously owned tags

Title Transfer:

Duplicate title:
